Join us for an exclusive members-only tour of Desert Eichler 8 on Saturday, January 11th, from 2:00 to 4:30 PM. Architect Claude Oakland’s MC674-model home perfectly captures the indoor-outdoor ethos and quintessential livability that define Eichler, the social visionary and influential developer who helped bring Modernism to middle-class families with over 11,000 homes built in California alone. Completed in 2020, the home is the first, and remains the only Eichler in Rancho Mirage.
Developed by KUD Properties and featuring interiors by designer Michael Walters, Desert Eichler 8 effortlessly plays with light, color, pattern, texture and materials to create a time capsule that is both wholly contemporary and timeless.
